Browse the store, add what you love to your cart, and check out online. It’s quick and easy.
Yes — you can change or cancel within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we’ll have already started processing it.
We’ll email you and offer a full refund or an alternative. You can also sign up for restock notifications on the product page.

03. Sizing

Yes — a detailed size guide is available on every product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
No, we do not offer customization or alterations. All products are sold in standard sizes, and any alterations are the responsibility of the customer.
04. Shipping & Returns
Standard delivery is 3–5 working days. Express is 1–2 working days. Full details on our Shipping page.
YES — We accept exchanges and store credit returns within our designated policy windows: 2 days from delivery for dresses, and 7 days from delivery for shoes and handbags.
